Packers Move Long-Time DT Bob Brown to San Diego ??

Sept. 5, 1974 – The Packers trade defensive tackle Bob Brown to the Chargers for a third-round draft choice. Brown, a Packer since 1966, had demanded his contract be renegotiated and skipped training camp. He started 41 of 42 games at defensive tackle for the team from 1971 through 1973. Green Bay uses the third-round pick to select running back Willard Harrell.
