Packers Bring Back Familiar Face in Sims ??

August 29, 1995 – Joe Sims agrees to a one-year contract and the tackle can thank Ken Ruettgers for his return to the Packers. Sims was initially signed by Green Bay in 1992. After three seasons with the Packers, he was let go and picked up by the Eagles. With Ruettgers ailing, Sims was reacquired by the Packers on August 27.
