Everytime I do an emoji or sticker on my posts ,a question mark shows up.

Can you post a screenshot, please? Some Emojis aren't accessed by the web as they are only for specific phones if normal emojis work then that's the answer as they are restricted to some phones and operating systems that's why web site shows? it does not know what to show
