How can I lose 10 kg in 1 month? 
 
I actually did that last month (well technically I lost 9.5 kg, but the month was a February, so there were fewer days than in a regular month). 
 
My weight loss consisted of two things I did: eating healthy and exercising a lot. 
 
Eating healthy 
 
I can frankly say that I never starved during this weight loss. In fact I ate a lot! My diet (I wouldn’t even name it a “diet”, rather a way of eating) consisted of 5 meals a day: breakfast at 80, snack between breakfast and lunch at 110, lunch at 14:30, snack between lunch and dinner at 170, dinner at 190.
