The Fountain of Artists (Arts) is located on Via Margutta. It has a triangular base-a tank, above which rise two easels, an architectural compass and a bucket full of brushes crowning the composition. Water flows from theatrical masks and collects in a bowl raised above the sidewalk, from where it flows into a metal grate installed at road level. One mask is cheerful, the other is sad. They symbolize the fate and soul of the artist, his joys and pains, successes and disappointments.
