WHAT'S THE BEST EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT?
I get this one a LOT.
While it isn’t the answer most are looking for, the best ‘exercise’ is going to be meal planning and tracking your nutrition. Nutrition really is the most influential factor on the weight loss journey. While it’s near impossible to put a number on it’s power, i usually credit it with at least 75% of getting the job done!
But i digress…I know what they’re asking
