“Effortless” and “weight loss” don’t seem like they belong in the same sentence.
At least that’s what I thought.
Until I watched this video.
In that video I learned about a few major breakthroughs in weight loss science that I had never heard of before.
And one of these breakthroughs actually allows you to eat all kinds of junk, and lose weight in the process.
How is that possible?
