Jan. 19, 1969 – Carroll Dale and Donny Anderson help the Western Division to a 10-7 victory in the Pro Bowl Game in Los Angeles. Dale and Anderson figure prominently in the game-winning, 54-yard drive that is capped by the Vikings’ Bill Brown on a 1-yard plunge. Anderson rushes twice for 28 yards and Dale hauls in a 25-yard pass from the Rams’ Roman Gabriel during the advance that lasts all of four plays and 63 seconds.
