DRIED CAYENNE PEPPERS I What a joy it was last summer to watch cayenne plants grow from seeds and carry these rich-red super-hot peppers. There were plenty of them to consume so I decided to string-dry them indoor. We use them to spice up our meals. They make great gifts.
