Williams’ Two Return TDs Set Tone for Blowout of Browns ??

Nov. 12, 1967 – Travis Williams returns a pair of kickoffs for touchdowns in a 55-7 blowout of the Cleveland Browns. The rookie running back returns the opening kickoff 87 yards for a score, then follows up with an 85-yarder that closes out the scoring in a 35-point first quarter. Williams finishes the season as the league’s top kickoff returner with an NFL-record 41.7 yards per return.
