Jerry Kramer Gets Tempted by Los Angeles ??

Nov. 7, 1969 – Jerry Kramer admits he had been “sorely tempted” to sign as a player with the Los Angeles Rams, but decided not to. Two days earlier, Rams Coach George Allen had contacted the former Packers lineman about possibly resuming his playing career. Kramer flew to the West Coast and talked with Allen before deciding against the move.
