Packers Add Jim Zorn to QB Carousel ??

Sept. 24, 1985 – Packers Coach Forrest Gregg announces the team has waived rookie QB Joe Shields in order to make room for veteran Jim Zorn. Gregg uses three quarterbacks in 1985 as Lynn Dickey (314 attempts), Zorn (123) and Randy Wright (74) become the first Packers trio to each attempt more than 70 passes in the same season.
