As the Managing Director and Lead Instructor at Future Building Nursing Prep Center (FBNPC), she has guided thousands of aspiring nurses in preparing for licensing exams such as NCLEX-RN, RExPN, CPNRE, CELBAN, OSCE, and IELTS.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an MBA in Healthcare Management, Taran has earned academic recognition, including a Gold Medal from PGIMER Chandigarh.
