I was actually reading loads about this specific assassination. It turns out fetal shot was not fired by Lee Harvey but actually freak accident by his own secret service. After first shot as you see in picture I posted secret service agent pulled out assault rifle when presidential car started speeding up, car which secret service agents where travelling behind put foot down and try catch up with presidents car on front. At this moment secret service agent you see in image I posted falls back in to seat due to fast jerking acceleration and fires 1 shot by accident which hit president in the head. PART 1

Part 2. Thats why Lee Harvey's initial hit did hardly any damage but fetal round which struck on the head of President Kennedy kinda exploded because round which used by secret service designed to do maximum damage.
