TURNIPS & BEET PICKLES 
 
Ingredients: 
6 turnips 
3 beets 
9 tablespoons of Sea Water 
4 cups of apple cider vinegar 
4 cups of purified water 
 
Directions: 
Cut turnips and beets into small cubes. 
Mix liquids to make the brine. 
Place turnips and beets into a glass jar. 
Add brine on top to cover turnips and beets. 
If not enough brine, add more water. 
Close jar and leave at room temperature for about 3 weeks. 
Open the jar every 1-2 days to let air out. 
Once ready (taste it every few days), place in fridge.
