Packers Announce They will Keep 16 Replacement Players ??

Oct. 19, 1987 – A day after the final games with replacement players are played, the Packers announce they will retain 16 players from those contests. Five go on to play for Green Bay later in the season: safety Jim Bob Morris (8 games), kicker Max Zendejas (7), tackle Steve Collier (7), and wide receivers Patrick Scott (5) and Lee Morris (2).
